Luxury Promise offers a 14-day return window for all authenticated pre-loved items, provided the security tag remains intact and the item is in its original condition. We strive to ensure your designer acquisition meets the highest standards of luxury and authenticity.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Luxury Promise account and visit the 'My Orders' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item back into its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring the authenticity card and all original packaging materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and security tag, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
